  • The remaining call-outs are handled by the next business day

Repair Costs

Repairs are billed as follows:

  • Standard Call-out £130.00
  • If Paid on the Day £110.00
  • Contract Holders May be covered at no extra charge

If you have one of our service contracts, your repair may be covered at no additional cost

We recognise that stairlift breakdowns can occur at any time. Therefore, we provide 24/7 emergency repair support. We are always available to assist you whenever you need us.

Preventing Breakdowns

Regular maintenance can prevent many repairs. We advise:
  • Annual servicing for most stairlifts
  • Service every 6 months for heavy-duty models
Servicing includes a comprehensive twenty-nine-point safety and performance check to ensure your stairlift operates smoothly and to identify potential issues before they escalate.
