Each new stairlift we install comes with a minimum 12-month warranty. Certain models may offer longer warranty periods depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Our refurbished stairlifts are thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and safety. Each refurbished stairlift includes a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind.
When you hire a stairlift from us, you don’t need a separate warranty. Full maintenance and repair services are included for the entire duration of your hire period, ensuring that your stairlift remains in optimal condition.
Regular servicing is essential to extend the lifespan of your stairlift, optimise its performance, and ensure safe operation.
Recommended Service Frequency: We generally recommend servicing your stairlift every 12 months. However, for heavy-duty lifts that experience more frequent use, we advise servicing every 6 months to keep them in top condition.
Service Reminders: We will send you a reminder when your stairlift’s service is due, but it’s your responsibility to book the service appointment with us.
