After carefully reviewing the governments announcements and consulting with health and safety advisors, Obam Stairlifts are continuing to operate during the latest restrictions (Tier 3). We would like to re-assure everyone that we are taking the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic very seriously.
We are doing everything possible to reduce all risks. Under the National Restrictions we will continue to undertake stairlift surveys, installations and maintenance provided no-one in the household is showing any signs of Coronavirus, is awaiting the results of a test, has tested positive or has been instructed to self-isolate. Our breakdown engineers are still available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. All Obam employees will wear appropriate personal protective equipment, sanitise and cleanse surfaces with antibacterial wipes.
We continually monitor the health of our staff and we all follow enhanced safety practices. We expect our clients to also follow the government guidelines. This includes maintaining social distancing and following hygiene advice.
We know most of our clients depend on their stairlifts. They are an essential part of everyday life. We will do all we can to provide exceptional service during the current covid-19 restrictions.

Some of our customers in the Peterborough area are now in the new Tier 4 restrictions. Rest assured we are still providing breakdown cover for Tier 4 however we will reschedule any non essential routine maintenance.
