We offer two simple 12-month maintenance contracts to suit your needs:
Covers all labour costs for call-outs and repairs, as well as your annual service. Ideal for those who want reliable support without the worry of labour fees.5
This contract covers both parts and labour for repairs and includes your annual service. It is perfect for full peace of mind, with no surprise costs if something goes wrong.
Every service includes a comprehensive twenty-nine-point safety check, carried out by our expert engineers:
We recommend servicing every 12 months, or every 6 months for heavy-duty lifts.
We’ll send you a reminder when your service is due, but you’ll need to give us a quick call to book it in. We’re always happy to arrange a time that suits you.
We also provide the same high standard of service for refurbished and hire stairlifts as we do for new ones.
Prefer not to have a contract? No problem – you can still book a one-off service. They’re £130.00 or £110.00 if paid on the day.
