Obam Stairlifts
I rang this morning engineer very nice and polite, he was really upset that he had to leave me with no stairlift as it was not repairable!!! now I am stuck in a first floor flat with my door unlocked as I dare not have it locked andt is a fire risk well done oban
Response from Obam Stairlifts: I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service we are providing. We attended your breakdown today within hours of it being reported to us but unfortunately our engineer was unable to repair your lift due to the damage sustained when the stairlift collided with an obstruction. We are arranging for our senior engineer to visit within 24 hours. We are doing everything possible to arrange a speedy repair for you.
