Established in 2000, Obam are an independent Lincolnshire-based, family-run company. We supply, install and service stairlifts, through-floor lifts, hoists and ramps to help people continue to live in their own homes comfortably and safely.

We have over 20 years experience supplying and maintaining stairlifts. We supply local authorities, hotels and businesses and private customers.

Our surveyor advisors are very knowledgeable and experienced and will recommend the best solution for you. We do not use call centres or pushy sales people. During the assessment they will discuss your needs with you and measure your stairs before recommending the best stairlift(s) for you. 
They will leave you with a quote and brochure(s) so you can decide in your own time.
We have a showroom in Sturton By Stow, Lincoln with demonstration models of all the most popular stair lifts so you can try before you buy.

Obam are independent and supply stairlifts from many different manufacturers. Having access to such a vast range of products mean we can nearly always recommend a solution, even for the most difficult stairs.

Our service area includes all of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire as well as some of South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Cambridgeshire.

Our Surveyor assessors are salaried, not paid on commission. This means they only want the best option for you, not to sell the most expensive stairlift.

We choose the best stairlifts from many different manufacturers. This means we have the widest range possible.

We do not use call centres: - Out of hours our phones are diverted to the on call engineers - we are always available.

In an emergency, our engineers are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year including Bank Holidays, Christmas, etc.

We hold many local authority contracts throughout Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire - we are always nearby.
